Free Personal Survey Instructions
This is not a test with right or wrong answers. It is a survey which permits you to describe your unique strengths and personal styles, how you use them when things are going well and when you encounter opposition or stress.
You will be given a descriptive statement followed by four possible endings. You are asked to indicate the order in which you feel that each ending applies to you. In the boxes to the left of each ending, fill in the numbers 4, 3, 2 and 1, according to which is most like you (4) and least like you (1).
